Handmade Christmas Cards

Here are the Christmas cards that my family and I received. They all just so lovely.

Top left: Melissa H (Demo), Rose (Family), Karen (Demo).
Bottom left: Melissa M (Family), Jean (Demo).

Top left: Leigh (Demo), Debbie M (Demo/Family), Kylie (Demo).
Bottom left: Leonie (Demo), Kim (Demo)

These cards my son received. Starting from the left we gave him that one and the other one is from his Aunt Melissa M.

The photo's are not the best as I had to take them inside because it was raining.

Again thank you all for the lovely cards that we received for Christmas 2008.

Never-ending Card

This is the card that inspired my son's girlfriend to make her card for him.

My 8 year old nephew made this card and sent it to my son for Christmas. I don't know if his Mother (Debbie M) helped him at all but knowing him I think that he mostly did it on his own. He did a wonderful job, don't you think??

Christmas Cards

Yes, I know that the last lot were the 'Last of the Christmas Cards", LOL. But I forgot to make a card for someone and my son and his girlfriend ask me to make a card to give to the other, so these are my very, very last ones. LOL.

I have also realised that I forgot to mention that one of the Christmas cards in the last lot of photo's I was inspired by Karen, sorry Karen.

This is not the best photo as I was running late.

The top two cards were for my son and his girlfriend and the other was for my sister-in-laws family.

My son's girlfriend designed her card for my son so I just copied it for him to give to her because I thought she would like it. She ran out of time to make it herself, so I made it for her and she really liked how they turned out.

Merry Christmas Scouts

One of my customers is a Scout Leader and for the last 2 years I have helped her make the Christmas gifts for her Scouts and Leaders in her Troop.

Now that she has handed out the gifts (last Friday) I am able to post what she made. I had to keep it a seceret because one of the Scout Mother's checks out my blog.

For the receipe for the gifts please contact me.

Rudolph

Yesterday my nephew's (5 year old and 8 year old) and I made these Rodolph's. They had so much fun making them.

Here is a photo of the finished Rudolph's.

The idea came from a New Idea Magazine (December 6,2008).

Christmas Cards

I hope the ladies on my mailing list have received their cards because if they have not then I'm going to be spoiling the surprise. LOL

These cards were made up using the Simply Scrappin' - Winter Bright. Last year I found (I can't remember from where) "60 Cards from a Simply Scrappin' Kit" and they are so easy to make.

I did have help with making one of these cards and that was the red ute from the Loads of Love stamp set. My 5 year old and 8 year old nephew's helped me make it as they picked out everything that went onto it.

I used: Season of Joy, Sincere Salutations, Loads of Love, Loads of Love Accessories, Snow Flurries stamp sets; Wild Wasabi, Basic Black, Real Red ink; VersaMark, Heat Tool, Stampin' Emboss Powder (White), Stampin' Write Markers (Pretty in Pink, Bashful Blue), 1-3/8" Circle Punch, 1-1/4" Circle Punch; Star (non Stampin' Up!).

Merry Christmas

As promised here are the photo's from my Christmas Party Workshop. The Christmas Tree and the container that is holding the goodies (Diaper) which I got from Split Coast Stampers.

This Christmas Tree was the my table decoration.
A treat for everyone and of course you can not have a treat without chocolate, LOL.

These presents were used for the game we played.

It's time for the silly season again and to see what Santa will bring.

KWerner Colour Challenge No. 25

I am running a bit late with Kristina's Colour Challenge this week but I have finally found some time to be able to make the card.

This time I found the colours easier to work with as they are more my type of colours that I usually use but I have also enjoyed the challenges over the past few weeks.

When I took the photo this morning it was a lit bit overcast so here goes, this is my entry for this weeks challenge.

The stamp sets that were used are Priceless, Season of Joy, So Swirly Jumbo Wheel. The accessories that were used are VersaMark, Stampin Dimensionals, Crafter' Tool Kit (for the paper piercing), Stampin' Write Markers.
